THE EMOTION CODE CHART
Photo and technique credited to Dr. Bradley Nelson
How to use:
You can use a pendulum or muscle testing.
What to ask
1. Do we have a trapped emotion to release now?
If yes, Ask if it is in Column A or column B
Then Ask if it is Odd row or Even row. Ask one at a time. Example: If it is an odd row you then ask Is it row 1, Row 3, Row 5. Again ask individually.
Then once you have the column and the row then you Ask is it then list each word one at a time to get the correct one.
2.Do we need to know more about this emotion?
Got a NO? Go ahead and release the emotion.
Roll 10X if inherited
By yourself: Roll down the top of the head down the neck to the shoulders.
Partner: If you have a person helping you, have them roll a magnet down your spine starting at the top of the head.
Any magnet will do even your hands.
NOTE: Important have them think of the emotions so a memory will pop up. what is happening is the body is bringing the emotions to the surface to be released.
3. If you got a YES. Then ask:
a. When did it occur?
b. Where is it lodged in the body?
c. Whatever you intuitively think to ask.
He also has "THE BODY CODE" I highly recommend this.
