It is very important to meditate. I learned along the way that it means to shut up and listen. Well, I am unable to really meditate. Which I guess, you could, well, um, say, “ I don’t shut up?” My conditioned mind just keeps thinking and thinking. One thought after another. You know we do have 41 thoughts per minute. I have come a long way. I asked Spirit, “How can one meditate if they can’t meditate?” I found many different tools used to help me meditate but something else came about.
First there was a question that came to mind. Shut up and listen to what and who? An intuitive flash came to mind. I was shown a picture of me but split in two like a mirror. You could see two of me. It was explained that there are two parts of ourselves that we really haven’t been taught. There is the human part and the spirit part. The human part we all can understand, or at least we think we do. The human part is separated from the spiritual part.
I was shown that as a soul, we have chosen to want to experience this separation to find on a deeper level of who we really are by what we are really not. We did this because we were still in the involution process with the soul.
Some people think that the spirit part is when you go to church and serve God. That it is all out there, separate from them. Some think that it is a gift only bestowed on you if God feels like helping and He will take it away if you make Him mad. Some people are taught that they are sinners and God will not bestow anything on them until they repent or get down bended knee or are in dire need. They think God is part time. Since I got, “The being a miserable human” part down pat then they must be referring to the happy human. I followed that line of thinking until I realized for me that positive thinking wasn’t enough. When I was younger, I would be happy and people would snap at me. They would say such things as, “What the hell are you so happy for? There is nothing to be happy about. You are so damn sweet you are making my teeth ache. All that happiness is giving me a headache.” I would say positive things and people would say, “Where the hell did you learn that? That has got to be the stupidest thing to say. Don’t let anyone else hear you talk like that they will think you are off your rocker.”
I was young and naive. I thought the adults knew something I didn’t. I didn’t know how to consider the source. As I got older, I found more and more negativity was crushing me. I finally asked God, “Is that all there is?” I kept my positive thinking to myself. My exterior was showing that I was just like them. Why? Because I didn’t like the abusing words and the chastising and laughing at me. I really had no coping ability, except to hide.
41 thoughts per minute – we create chemical peptides for every thought we think. When we are stressed, we begin to hear almost all of them at once. They become very loud and mentally disturbing. You think you are over concerned or obsessed with those thoughts. It is the way the human mind copes. You can’t stop focusing on it. You begin to feel what you are thinking. If they are negative thoughts, they will deplete your body. Good thoughts will maintain and empower your body.
Coping – This is a necessity for a human life. When we are experiencing a situation, we make all kinds of chemical peptides when we experience the fight/flight/flee mode. We have to learn how to handle what is happening in your face, to what was coming at you, or to how you understand it. If the situation continues, then you will have to make a strategic pattern out of what knowledge you know and the tools you have at that age. This marks the spot and you use this strategy for the rest of your life. The downfall is, we never upgrade it. As we chronically age, the program never gets upgraded. We just add to it. The original first experiences are still there. It gets executed the same way. Why? Because we know it worked at one point and we are doing our best to go back to how we know it worked.
Involution– The void contemplated and turned inward and as it came out created a God point. The God point contemplated inward and out came a mirror image of God. Then we were told to go inward and contemplate and mirror with God (law of attraction). We were to do this at least in seven planes. Involution is the process when something turns in upon itself.
Consider the Source – turning to or getting information from a source that has knowledge about the topic. As we go through life we will have questions, please remember to turn to the source that is the most reliable. Consider many sources for there is more than one voice about the subject. There can be a collective that we call experts that all arrived to the same conclusion. Remember to not ask your enemy for the answers you seek. Nor go to your loved one about a question you should get from an expert. Always consider the source even when someone is selling you something and they have a terrible track record but it sounds good.
