Yes, I am the one and only one that is in my universe that can project that for me. (My soul is focusing on wanting you to know the gems to which it speaks. The common word, “Project” in Soul Speaks means to send out from me. This is a quantum form of law of attraction.) It was my soul’s way to see my inner world. In the older days gone by, we did a physical act called meditating. Meditation was to sit with your back straight. Hands held in relaxed position on the knees. There are many others steps that one should do physically. After era’s of time has passed, we have found that meditation is done when doing repetitive act but don’t mind doing the little things. For example washing the dishes or weeding the garden. There are other states of meditation that we are unaware of, but are highly suggestible. These can interfere with our growth pattern. For example, when you are watching television and you tune everything out, in that moment your brainwaves drop you into an alternate meditative state. You are highly open to suggestions. It is important not to watch anything scary or negative before bed. I will explain later.

The goal of the meditation was…
Mental discipline –to stop you from focusing on things that are stressful and make you use your personal life force to keep creating things you do not want. It is like a slap on the face that says wake up. It was to help you to be human in control of your conditioned, "thinking." To help you go beyond the mind into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness. Meaning after the slap you wake up and stop focusing on hell and realize there is more to life and are at the level of your brainwaves that allows you to pay attention t your intuition. It was to free one's awareness from associating solely with the mind and its thoughts.
Core of meditation - to focus and eventually quiet your mind, thus freeing your awareness. As you progress, you will find that you can meditate anywhere and at any time, accessing an inner calm no matter what's going on around you. You will also find that you can better control your reactions to things as you become increasingly aware of your thoughts (letting go of anger, for example). But first, you have to learn to tame your mind and control your breathing.
PROJECT- My soul is projecting my inner world out into the outer world of me. To communicate to me how I “KNOW” what I know. To play out how I function, what I believe in, where I am to learn, heal, and develop.
HUMAN MINDSET – This is the human form of interpreting without our true self or Spirit, our higher self. This mindset over identifies with physical things - matter. The substance to which we create entanglement cords with. Matter is that substance that is made up of electrons, protons and all that other physical stuff. We identify this by giving it a value using a scale of 0-10 in our left brain and also we assign a color to it. We try to be logical, to make sense of what is happening. The color is to represent right brain, that everything is all right, to see the bigger picture. It also helps us know what consciousness (chakra) we are over identifying through.
Human mindset in the above story means –[means what??????] This is after you viewed the projection screen called life through the lens of ego (electro-magnetic guiding omni-apparition). “Boomerang effect” As this information comes back to our sensory system, it is greeted with the human mindset (where we can over identify with matter). The information has to go through the filters. These filters must break down all that frequency information of 4 billion bits per second in bit size chucks. This is for our benefit to be socially compliant. It helps us have a group conscious behavior. All this is to help us to comprehend. Otherwise, we would be unable to handle it and be labeled autistic. Or the many other names we gave to the degrees of how a human doesn’t have certain filters. To be continued…
