Wow, all I can say is wow. If I was in human mindset, I could dwell on how it is going and spin out. I would let my over identities to the feelings of my body and the self talk of the body to take over. I would BE my aches, pain and suffering. I could hear all the negative programming there is. Then I would probably tell myself to give it up, just to make it stop. Give all the unresolved issues a voice and it would show up as excuses and reasoning's. All those chemical peptides would flood my body so I could feel the depletion, frustration and agony.
The habits that the physical body is used to or adapted to for survival kicks in. The programs of being 'defeated before' rears their ugly heads. The main thing that happens to me mentally, emotionally and physically are all the chemical peptides that get created. Those peptides help you 'FEEL' the way you think, sit, act, unresolved stories and etc. Not the same as emotions.
I, being in Spiritual mindset. I think I need to really pay attention to the 5 minutes before the miracle occurs.
You will become just a human being minus your true self. you will drop down into the archetypes of enemies. You will see the matrix of just the negative. Remember you are all there is when you create your reality. You have helpers from people, beliefs, ideas and more but they are there for you to write into your script of life. How you soul creates reality. You are the host, programmer, producer, script writer, actor, and editor. We forget that we are the editor. That is where I come in to help you see that even though it happened in the past. you can finish the past. You can't go back physically as in time travel. But you can go back into a memory and resolve the emotional over identities of how you know that moment. you help that age of yourself to final process out what you could at that moment of time.
Back to a discovery. How I became a night owl. I took to sleeping in shifts or in another room. It didn't help our love life. That closeness bond is necessary. After awhile, you build walls between eachother that you don't even know is there. Soon you become the excuses and reasoning's to explain it away. Then it becomes a power play and rights issue. It is okay and it is my right not to have to enduring the snoring. The in-congruent sleep patterns causes my health problems. My body doesn't have the proper timing to repair the rest cycle where one's body has the innate to repair itself.
The Daily Clock
I talked about the 'horary points' but lets talk deeper of the twenty-four hour cycle some call the daily clock or biological cycle. The adrenal hormone cortisol varies with a twenty-four hour or daily cycle. Cortisol levels peak in the early morning hours as the sun rises and taper off as the sun sets, reaching their lowest levels three hours after dark. This daily rhythm of cortisol dictates when we should be our most active and when we should rest.
Changes of a few hours can be enough to throw off one’s normal sleep cycle. Cortisol not only dictates our sleep and wake states; it is also the primary hormone involved in directing immune system functioning. Maybe cortisol is why my body is heavy.
Cold or flu symptoms get worse at night. The 24 hour rhythm of cortisol production regulates your immune system. As cortisol drops at night, our immune cells become more active. These cells leave the bone marrow and spleen to protect you while you rest. When your immune function is highly active, immune cells kill bacteria and viruses but you must have appropriate levels of cortisol. Remember cortisol drops at night and our immune system activity picks up to help killing bacteria and viruses in large numbers. When this occurs mucus production greater shows, now you understand that more congestion and coughing at night. Our body’s attempt to get rid of the mucous created from destroying bacteria and viruses. At daybreak, cortisol rises and immune cells return to the bone marrow and spleen to rest and recondition in preparation for the next nightly cycle.

Our Natural Sleep Cycle
It is also been said in the past we also enter into stages of psychic regeneration during sleep. Chemicals are known to be released from the brain during the sleep to enhance our immune system. When Rapid Eye Movement (or REM) sleep states and non-REM sleep, alternating between light sleep and deep dream states, occurs we are letting the processing of events of the previous day to the mental and emotional self. It helps to refresh our minds for the day ahead. The average sleep people need is seven to eight hours of sleep to accomplish all these tasks. Without sufficient sleep, the immune system is hard pressed to keep up with its repair work and this creates the opportunity for disease processes to begin. If you miss out on proper rest, your physical repair and psychic regeneration will be compromised.
My husband and renter worked on snoring issues. It really was about payback. I had them look at the frequency of the energy from there point of view of how much they resent. Then it was the RTJP (right temporal junction parietal lobe) turn to heal. They were to look at how I or others think about them. My reactions reinforce a program that was already in place. My behavior help them keep their unresolved continued conditioned story. Not letting whoever it was in their youth to not getting away with something. I will show you... hee hee hee. I healed the fact that I am to be punished. I am to punish myself because that is what I learned. I learned that when you do something wrong you are to learn from it and not do it again. All that spanking and be put in the corner. I was a well behaved child and I earned that title. Well, the gold medal is really the denigration and self punishment that I wear. To know when I am to wallow in WTH...(what the hell) That is what grows up do. Complain until you have the attention. Really you are complaining because you had enough. People complain because they are unable to process that moment and can't figure out why it is happening.

A person is refusing to let go of old patterns. (stubbornly.) They resent the past and fear the future. Distrust... Nursing a broken heart... Their younger self made a decision and believes they are personally responsible for everything. Now it becomes a have to and they must do something about it.
Sealed-unit - Self made and contained and love is a poison apple. They could have come up with the belief that they were blamed for everything and they are to solve all the problems. They withdrew into themselves and decided that they would handle everything themselves.
