I measured out three ounces, and put the water in my designated clear bottle so I can see what it looked like. I then drank it and measured how much I normally hold in my mouth before I swallow. After figuring that part out, I measured how many gulps or swallows it takes to drink three ounces.
CHECKING IN & UPDATING
I haven't really applied any food changes or exercising. I have applied sleeping, energy medicine (balancing meridians), and balancing my mental and emotional self. I started out at 256 lbs and today I jumped on the scales and I way 246 lbs. For years, I actively participated in exercising, eating healthier and I never seen a difference. Well, actually I had gained a pound from muscle building.

As soon as that cloak was placed on me, I began to remember I have healing tools. The only one I could use was Reiki. I acknowledged that I had it and placed my hand over my thymus to resolve the shock that my body was emphatically picking up. I regrouped and was thankful for it all began to make sense.
As I mentioned two days ago in my blog, we are made of sound and sound is what put me together. We are vibration and frequencies and when that gets disturbed we began to fall part.
Yesterday, I had to pull out my tools and use them. My body was a barometer way too much and I could no longer stand it. As soon as a symptom appeared, I would stop and use the emotion code. I would turn to the person and ask if they were thinking this or that. Most of the time people are not aware that they think, or admit that they were thinking that, or not putting the dots together. As soon as I acknowledged where it was coming from, I noticed and felt that it was going to get worse if I didn't keep my promise to finished it out. I could feel the suspense of the sickness long enough to get the information to heal. My sign that I was on the right track was when I asked the question and could feel that it wasn't going to get worse. I used my magnets or my fingers and

1. Sleeping the cycle that my body was built to do. I go to bed by 12:30am.
2. Morning/Night -Thank you Therapy and Golden Lasso.
3. I do 5 minute routine. Several times a day.
4. After the neurolympathic rub I trace my meridians
5. Because the meridians I have, that are out of whack in the morning are consistent, I do strengthening the acupuncture points exercise. During the time I started this diary, I have made a chart that helps me log. Maybe I can make another chart or check list. It has to be placed where I see it.
6. Witnessing on receiving. This is proof of my healing. The receiving has increased that I have noticed. It is now that I am to train myself that it can happen all the time instead of just once in a while. This helps me not to fall back into oh thinking and receiving habits.
7. No lipo lipo technique 30 times in one spot three times a week.
8. Writing Blog everyday.
