Lets start off with some insight.
It is so important to include the element of transformation when you are changing. There are the small tasks that take nothing for the transition to happen in a heartbeat. It is a smooth process and it was meant to be. Then there is, "I don't want to change" and that is when you know you have to for your own sake but refuse to do it. This is moment of, "This is who I am and that makes me mad that I can't have it." That is where self-abuse and self-sabotage come into play because you are now in battle with yourself and that battle usually turns into war that may last a life time. All because you are tired of the history of proof of lack and being deprived. This leads to the personality of bitterness and self-talk of, "Someone is out to get me" type of attitude and it is all their fault belief. What is happening to your inner world? It is the battle and the fight to keep your rights to what you have over identified with.
Who would we be without over identity to our pain and suffering? In my business, that seems to be where the big question is. People feel if they let all that pain and suffering go then what is left? It is all those painful moments that make up me. Surely there is no life after that. It would be boring. There is no spice or favor. You need fear and negative stuff in order to motivate you and keep you happy. Others believe that if you clear it up then you have to conform to... To what, happiness? No, someone said and continued to explain that you become one of those people. The ones that follow falsely and make believe that life is good. I was a bit surprised on that one. Yes there is no certainty. Being a medicine woman I have helped many, including myself. When you take charge of those over identifies of ego and personality by using healing/resolution tools, you are making an energetic change in your fabric of who you really are. You are a spiritual being living in an emotional/mental life with a physical form. You physically are changing the energy patterns and vibrational tones to resolve to evolve. You begin to return to where you came from. You begin to remember who you really are. We have been in a deep sleep. Some would call it a curse but it was an adventure of what if's.
Remember that when you are healing and resolving you are preserving all the positive learning's and you are cleaning the counter to create life anew instead of putting more layers of dross with the new. You are uncluttering and unpacking the baggage that is no longer who you really are. All those little personalities that make up you seem cute but what if it is labeled wallow, self-pity, tough guy, bitch, and so on. You know you are angry, hurt and whatever emotions that you describe yourself as well as others describe you. Once you take action and resolve them what comes to you naturally isn't about lack of life or no personality. You get to find your true self and the natural state of joy that is yours. You will have that certainty and be content with your growth. You begin to be happy for no reason. I do my best to allow myself to find the rhythm that works best for me.
Get up early - From a psychological stand point. Wake up rested. The old connotation means lack as in deprived sleep. This is not the case. Very important to scale this belief and see if there are any twangs. If so then healing is a must for success.
Drinking water intentionally is important. I am retraining myself because I had learned lack. Again that deprivation sets in. I also have been putting information my head to help along with the process. I will eventually do lemon water but salt water is important here. I think I might have to write a separate article on this. It is really interesting information.
We eat a good breakfast and wait for the digesting process.
Our New Show schedule on Sepianc.com/radio (look for schedule we are on Monday and Friday and now on 5 days a week. The "Medicine Women Reveal Show" will air at 10 am est. starting March 4th. We will be having meditation for the first segment. We acted as if it was already in the schedule to help the transitioning stage. Most people think in lack here. They feel again deprived that they are losing time and whatever they feel they are losing. It can be as simple as it is just "Change" itself. I do deliberate conscious intentions where I can so that my body doesn't have to go into shock. Doing it this way, if I am whining, I can address the issue and pull the emotional discharge out and resolve it before it becomes part of my daily strategy and pattern to be motivated and live life. It is sucky to think that is how we normally function.
We started P90X2 yesterday. We did warm up, work out and cool down. We weighed and measured ourselves. We decided to start on the arms, back and balance. We didn't have enough time but we did as much as we could. We got a total of 37 minutes.
Drinking and following the food regime the best we can until we can afford the food. We have the shake and whey powder and that is very important. We will talk more about that later.

I had to make room in living room to exercise. So the majority of the night Jenn Tafel and I rearranged the room. It is so much bigger. Torn down the eating area that was set up when I taught classes. I put exercise equipment in the far corner.
